Hosting and server log files
This website consists of static files stored with our hosting provider. When you open a page, the provider’s server automatically processes the data your browser sends:
- page requested and time of access
- amount of data transferred
- referring page
- browser and operating system
- IP address
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider. Transfers are encrypted with TLS.
Cookies and local storage
This website itself sets no cookies. If you make a choice in the cookie settings, we store that choice in your browser’s local storage (entry “tc-consent”) so that we do not ask again on every visit. This is technically necessary (Sec. 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
Statistics
No analytics or tracking service is currently active on this website.
Contact form and email
If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your email address, the selected topic and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The form sends these details to a script on our web space, which forwards them to us by email. The message is not stored on the web space. To prevent abuse, an irreversible hash of your IP address is stored for a short time to limit the number of messages per hour.
If you use the form to request activation for EGYM Wellpass or Hansefit, we additionally process the selected membership, your membership detail (Wellpass TAN or Hansefit ID) and your confirmations from the form. We use these details only to store your membership in our booking system Playtomic. The website does not check the details automatically with the providers; we check them manually.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. The same applies if you contact us directly by email or phone.
Court booking via Playtomic
You do not book courts on this website but with Playtomic (Playtomic S.L., Spain). Clicking “Book a court” opens Playtomic in a new tab. Only then is data transferred to Playtomic. Playtomic’s privacy policy applies.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps
We do not embed content from these services. The website only contains links: to the WhatsApp community (WhatsApp Ireland Limited), to our Instagram profile (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and to route planning in Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). Data is transferred to the respective provider only when you click one of these links. The providers’ privacy policies apply to processing there.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your mobile number and, if provided, your name in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
Fonts and images
Fonts, images and scripts of this website are stored on our own web space. No data is transferred to third parties such as Google Fonts when pages load.
Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
- Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
Right to object
Where we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time with effect for the future on grounds relating to your particular situation. Write to the address above.
Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as the respective purpose requires or statutory retention periods demand. After that the data is deleted.
